1. Navigate to the login page
(Please ensure that you are looking at the correct login page. For example, if you are a Lifemark user, you must sign in through the ca.lifemark.adracare.com link and not ca.adracare.com. Be conscious of the logo in the left hand corner of your sign in page)
2. Select "Forgot Password"
3. Input your contact email and select 'reset password'
4. Check your email for a Password reset email which will look similar to the image below.
Follow the prompts in the email to reset your password.
5. Log back in to the platform with your new password. Please pay particular attention that you are using the correct username (at times, this may differ from your contact email address -> for information on updating your username please see this article).
