Joining the session through an email notification
Please follow the below instructions on how to connect to your session as a client/patient.

Go to the appointment confirmation email.

In the appointment confirmation email, you will see the details of your appointment (i.e., the date, time, appointment link and access code).

Copy the 6-digit access code

Click on the appointment link.

Once you click on the appointment link, you will be prompted to the access code page.

Paste the 6-digit access code and click on the ‘join appointment’ button.

You will be prompted to the virtual waiting room. Please select your camera and microphone.

Click the ‘Test your connection’ button.

If no errors are present, please proceed to your appointment by clicking the green ‘join session’ button.
-
You’re now in your session!
Note: If your screen says ‘On Hold’, it means that your provider hasn’t joined the appointment yet.
**Please note: If your provider is late or does not arrive you will need to contact them directly. Our technical support team are unable to assist in connecting you to specific providers.
Joining the session through a SMS notification
Please follow the below instructions on how to connect to your session as a client/patient.

Go to the appointment confirmation SMS message.

In the appointment confirmation message, you will see the details of your appointment (i.e., the date, time, appointment link and access code).

Copy the 6-digit access code

Click on the appointment link.

Once you click on the appointment link, you will be prompted to the access code page.

Paste the 6-digit access code and click on the ‘join appointment’ button.

You will be prompted to the virtual waiting room. Please select your camera and microphone.

Click the ‘Test your connection’ button.

If no errors are present, please proceed to your appointment by clicking the green Join Session button.

You’re now in your session!

Dialing in to the appointment
To join your virtual session by dialing in, please take the following steps:

Go to the appointment confirmation email.

In the appointment confirmation email, you will see the details of your appointment (i.e., the date, time, account access number, appointment number, dial in access code).

Dial the phone number listed under Dial-In Option

Enter your 8-digit Appointment Number followed by the pound (#) key

Enter your 2-digit Dial-in Access Code followed by the pound (#) key

You're now in the session!
**Please note: If your provider is late or does not arrive you will need to contact them directly. Our technical support team are unable to assist in connecting you to specific providers.
Joining the session through the Client Portal (If enabled)
To join your virtual session by dialing in, please take the following steps:
- Log in to your client account here
- From the Appointments page click Join on the appropriate appointment

You will be prompted to the virtual waiting room. Please select your camera, microphone and speaker.

Click Join
-
You’re now in your session!
