There are two easy ways to view previously sent invoices and receipts.
Viewing the Invoice/Receipt from Billing
The first, is from the Invoices page from the side navigation bar. To view invoices and receipts from Billing, do the following:
Viewing the Invoice/Receipt from the Client Profile
The other way is directly through a client's profile. To view invoices and receipts directly from a client's profile do the following:
- First, open the client's profile from either All Clients or My Clients
- Locate the Invoices card on their profile and click the button that looks like two squares to view all.
- The following screen will list all invoices created for the client with the details and status of each listed. Clicking on the eye icon will open the document in a new window
Saving the Invoice/Receipt
Once open, you can print the document by doing the following:

Right clicking on the document and selecting Print

Selecting Save as PDF (or similar) under the printer dropdown

Click Save or Print (depending on your device and option selected)

Save the file to the appropriate folder
