Joining the session through an email notification
Please follow the below instructions on how to connect to your session as a client/patient.

Go to the appointment confirmation email.

In the appointment confirmation email, you will see the details of your appointment (i.e., the date, time, appointment link and access code).

Copy the 6-digit access code

Click on the appointment link.

Once you click on the appointment link, you will be prompted to the access code page.

Paste the 6-digit access code and click on the ‘join appointment’ button.
- You will be prompted to enter your display name for the call
- If asked click Request Permissions to enable your Camera and Microphone permissions
- Click allow from the browser notification that appears
- Run or skip the pre-call test. This test will confirm that your microphone, speakers, camera are working correctly and your connection is stable.
- You will now join the waiting room, knock to let your provider know that you are ready to join
- Once ready, your provider will let you in or:
- They may put you on hold in which case you will receive this message
- Any messages they send you will also appear
- They may reject you
- They may put you on hold in which case you will receive this message

You’re now in your session!
**Please note: If your provider is late or does not arrive you will need to contact them directly. Our technical support team are unable to assist in connecting you to specific providers.
Joining the session through a SMS notification
Please follow the below instructions on how to connect to your session as a client/patient.

Go to the appointment confirmation SMS message.

In the appointment confirmation message, you will see the details of your appointment (i.e., the date, time, appointment link and access code).

Copy the 6-digit access code

Click on the appointment link

Once you click on the appointment link, you will be prompted to the access code page.

Paste the 6-digit access code and click on the ‘join appointment’ button.

You will be prompted to enter your display name for the call

If asked click Request Permissions to enable your Camera and Microphone permissions

Click allow from the browser notification that appears

Run or skip the pre-call test. This test will confirm that your microphone, speakers, camera are working correctly and your connection is stable.

You will now join the waiting room, knock to let your provider know that you are ready to join

Once ready, your provider will let you in or:
- They may put you on hold in which case you will receive this message
- Any messages they send you will also appear
- They may reject you
- They may put you on hold in which case you will receive this message
- You’re now in your session!
