If you would like to make another participant's video larger for clarity or for focus you have several different options while in session.

• You can make their video full screen
• You can spotlight them
• You can maximize their video

Making their Video Full Screen

1. Hover over their video
2. Select the three dots to open the video options
   
   
   
   
3. Select Fullscreen

Note: You will be unable to see other participants video, and providers will not have access to their session notes or the provider profile.

Maximizing their Video

1. Hover over their video

Spotlighting the Participant

Spotlighting makes the user the centre of attention for everyone in the call. This is great when someone is sharing their screens, or presenting something.

Note: Spotlighting someone will make them the spotlight for everyone in the call, not only yourself

To spotlight a participant:

1. Hover over their video
2. Select Spotlight when it appears
