iOS

• iOS 11.0 and higher

• Supported browser: Safari

All video sessions should be open in the Safari browser and must allow Camera and Microphone permissions.

Android

• Android 5.0 and higher (Android API level 21+)

• Supported Browser: Chrome

All video sessions should be open in the Chrome browser and must allow Camera and Microphone permissions.

Desktop

• Windows: Windows 7 and later

• Mac: MacOS 10.11 and later

Full Browser Support

Any browser that has built-in support for WebRTC should be able to use Adracare Video without issues. All of the below browsers have full support for WebRTC and will deliver the best experience when using Adracare Video Sessions. The two latest versions of the following of these browsers are supported:

• Firefox

• Chromium-based browsers

  • Opera

  • Vivaldi

  • Edge
