All sessions within Adracare support an in session chat that allows for an alternative form of communication as well as emoji reactions.
Please note that the sessions and chat logs are not recorded.
Accessing the In Session Chat
There are two ways to access the chat, they are from the system tray or from the people panel.
From the System Tray
- Click on the chat button from the system tray
- This will open the chat panel
From the People Panel
- Click on the people button from the system tray
- Click on chat within the people panel
- This will open the chat panel
Sending a Message
Quick Message from the System Tray
To quickly send a message while in session you can hover over the chat button within the system tray which will open a popup to send a message.
Once opened you can send a message by:
- Typing the message into the textbox
- Click Send
From the Chat Panel
You can also send a message from the chat panel by taking the following steps:
- Open the chat panel from either:
- Enter your message in the text box
- Add emojis by clicking on the emoji button
- Select the best one for your message (or use the hot keys)
- Add emojis by clicking on the emoji button
- Click Send
Reading Messages
When messages are sent a notification will appear in the system tray by the chat icon.
As well the message will pop out from the sender's square
Opening the chat panel will show all messages:
