Errors
The errors generated when trying to sign in or trying to access your appointment may block you from further completing your desired task.
This article deals with the errors show below:
- Error: "Could not connect to the room: Could not complete the operation due to error c004e001"
- Error: "Link Has Expired" when opening a video session
Error: "Could not connect to the room: Could not complete the operation due to error c004e001"
Issue: When trying to connect to a session, the user will receive an error code like:
Could not connect to the room: Could not complete the operation due to error c004e001
or
c004e001
Resolution: Switch internet browsers to either - Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox,
Adracare does not support Microsoft Edge.
Error: "Link Has Expired" when opening a video session
Issue: When clicking the "Join Session" button on an appointment, an error in a pop-up window will say "Link has Expired". The user cannot join the video session.
Resolution: Create a new appointment with the same practitioner, patient, and secondary practitioners, at the same time as the current appointment using the "New +" Button in the Scheduler tab
Use the Join Session link from the NEW appointment to start your session.
Error: "User Not Found." Cannot log in with AutoFill username and password
Issue: User received the error message: "User Not Found." They cannot log into their account, even though the account has been activated and has logged in before. The browser was able to save the username and password and has already auto-populated.
Tips to Resolve:
- Check if there are any leading spaces in the username by highlighting the entire Username field. If there are any spaces before the username, delete it and try again.

- Check if there are any trailing spaces in the username by highlighting the entire Username field. If there are any spaces after the username, delete it and try again.
