If you are having video calling issues make sure that your device and browser are compatible with our application.
You are using:
- iPhone/iPad/iPod - Make sure that your device is updated to iOS 11.4.1 or up. Safari is the only browser on iOS that supports video calling, so please use Safari and not Chrome or Firefox. For iPhone users, please make sure that you are connected to WiFi, as there are issues with connectivity when using mobile network (data). If you are a patient then we recommend using our new iOS app for best performance:
- Android - Make sure to update your Chrome or Firefox browser to the latest version. If you are a patient then we recommend using our brand new app for best performance:
- Windows - Make sure your browser is updated to the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox. We only support Windows 7, 8 and 10 devices. Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer is also not supported, so please switch to Chrome (recommended) or Firefox.
- Mac - Make sure your browser is updated to the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
Still not working?
Make sure that the patient and provider are both online and that you are not trying to join session 15 minutes or more before the appointment.
NOTE: The dedicated mobile app does not work for providers. Kindly use Adracare on a web browser, if you are a provider.
