If you are using the website, please make sure that your iPhone/iPad is on the latest version of iOS (or at least iOS 11.4.1 and up) and that you are using Safari.
Still shows an error?
- Log out of the website and close the tab from Safari
- Instead of clicking on the link that was sent in the e-mail notification, go to Safari and go to the website https://ca.orbcare.com (Canada) or https://au.orbcare.com (Australia) or https://nl.orbcare.com (Netherlands) and log in directly with your OrbCare login details.
- Join the desired appointment.
