Referring provider does not have a fax number on their External Provider profile.
|
1. Go to Network > External Providers
2.Find the Referring Provider
3. Add a fax number
|
Encounter Note is linked to the appointment | 1. Remove the appointment link by pressing "X" from "Link an appointment" on Encounter Notes |
Patient does not have a referring doctor assigned to in their profile
|
1. Click the Edit Patient Details button on the Encounter List of the patient
2. Click the drop down for More Options
3. Under Referring Provider, assign a referring provider to the patient
