You have the ability to resend the appointment link and access code that was emailed to a patient or a guest. You can use the Manage Participants area to assist them to login or send this to them if they did not receive their email.
- Go to the Appointment Details page
- This can be done by clicking on the desired appointment from the Calendar tab OR going to the Appointments tab and clicking on the date and time in the Date/Time column for the desired appointment
- Click Manage Participants button
- Find the Participant and click the "Dots" beside their name
- Click "Resend Invite" and the email confirmation will be re-sent
- If the participant still doesn't receive the email, click "Copy Appointment Link" and paste it into an email.
- Then click "Copy Access Code", paste it into the email as well and send the email.
