Requirements for all imports:
- The import file must be .csv
- Use the appropriate template for the type of import that you are doing
- "Provider support staff relation" (for applicable environments) - Use import_template_provider_support_staff. csv
- "Provider" - Use import_template_provider_create.csv
- The import file should be smaller than 20MB
- Do not rearrange the columns
- Upload a separate file per organization/division
File Specific Columns:
**Important** Starred fields are required or the file will fail the upload.
- Email*
- Accounts you require access to manage their calendar/bookings
- Accounts who require access to manage your calendar/bookings
Note:
- For Columns 2 and 3, make sure that you do not have "line breaks" after your semi-colons. This will break the upload.

Reasons why your upload was not successful:

Reason #1: The "Email" field detects the user with a "Provider" role, and there are entries in "Accounts you require access to manage their calendar/bookings".

How to resolve: Change the role of the user in "Email" to "Support Staff".

Reason #2: The "Accounts who require access to manage your calendar/bookings" field detects any listed user with a "Provider" or "Provider-Admin" role.
