- We have released a blur background feature for our video sessions.
Currently this feature is only available for providers but we are working to bring this exciting feature to clients. - We've made some updates to our support chat feature, this feature is designed to assist providers and admins primarily. The updates aim to help serve these audiences better and move away from clients who reach out to us in error.

Changes and Updates to Platform:
Scheduling:
- Added the "America/Montreal" time zone to the list of time zones
- Not all empty mandatory fields are presented with an error message "Must be present" when creating an appointment
Session Notes:
- Fixed an issue where a provider could edit by another provider when Session Note collaboration access management was disabled
Reports:
- Fixed an issue where Patient reports were not being generated
Bulk Uploads:
- Fixed an issue where provider bulk upload error results were not showing in the corresponding View Results page
Patient Payments:
- Fixed an issue where logos were not displaying on invoices
General:
- Removed profile picture from the side navigation bar
- Added a Provider Instructions field in a provider’s profile. This is a free text box where you can write anything that you want to advise your clients from a notification, based on the provider that is scheduled to the appointment. Access this by clicking your name at the top-right of the page > My Profile.
- Use {{provider_patient_instructions}} in notification templates to include the text from this textbox in your notifications.
For example:
In Provider Instructions:
Provider 1: My office is Room 202. Please knock before entering.
Provider 2: Please contact me directly at ###-###-#### during business hours if you have further questions about your appointment.
Make sure {{provider_patient_instructions}} is added to the default appointment confirmation template.
When Provider 1 is scheduled for appointments with their patient, the notification will show -> My office is Room 202. Please knock before entering.
When Provider 2 is scheduled for appointments with their patient, the notification will show -> Please contact me directly at ###-###-#### during business hours if you have further questions about your appointment.
- Added additional qualifications to the Qualifications options in. Access this by clicking your name at the top-right side > My Profile. Professional information
- Use {{provider_qualifications}} in Notification Templates to include this in your notifications in a list (i.e. Psychologist | Clinical Psychologist | Specialist)

Changes and Updates to Platform:
Scheduling:
- Fixed an issue where appointments scheduled during a certain period of time would be scheduled into the next day.
Virtual Sessions:
- Fixed an issue where the toll-free number was not displaying in the virtual session settings (Gear icon). (US and Canada only)
- Fixed an issue where sometimes chats did not appear in real-time
Session Notes:
- We have introduced enhanced controls for Session Note Access
- “Session Note Collaboration - Editing”
- When Enabled (by default), the user role is able to access Edit and Delete Actions related to other provider’s Session Notes
- When Disabled, the user role is not able to access Edit and Delete actions corresponding to other provider’s notes
- “Session Note Collaboration - Read Only”
- Enabled (by default), the user role is able to access the Preview and View all Notes actions (plus the “Preview” button in the Fax modal)
- When Disabled, the user role is not able to access Preview and View all Notes action
Note: These new resources will not impact a user’s access their own notes.
Patient Profile (CPP):
- A new Intake Card might show in CPP for a new Intake Feature that is currently being developed.
Notifications:
- Fixed an issue where the toll-free number was not displaying in Notifications. (US and Canada only).
General:
- A loading message will show in some pages when the system needs to take a few moments to load.

Virtual Sessions:
- Fixed an issue where an error would occur when adding any participant during a video session.
Notifications:
- Fixed the grammatical error where the recurrence was not correctly displayed in the header and the body of the email, SMS, and voice notifications.

Changes and Updates to Platform:
Appointments:
- Fixed issue with multiple confirmation notifications sending for recurring appointments.
Only one confirmation notification will be sent when recurring appointments are scheduled. Reminders will still be sent for all appointments prior to appointments.

User Administration:
- You can now search by client number on All Clients. Select the “Client No.” option and type the client number in the search bar.
- Client number now appears on All Clients under a client’s name

Changes and Updates to Platform:
User Nomenclature:
- Updated verbiage on the platform "Patient(s)" will be replaced with "Client(s)".
Scheduling:
- Fixed an issue where if a provider and client profile have the same email and the provider profile is selected when adding them to an appointment, the client profile is added.
- Fixed an issue when creating a Follow Up appointment immediately after creating an appointment will add both clients to the Follow Up appointment
Documents:
- It is now possible to upload documents to your own provider account. Access this from Settings at the top right-side of the app under your name.
- Provider Admins, Office Staff, and Support Staff roles can now view and download other providers’ documents by accessing their account from "Providers".
Patient Payments:
- Clients will no longer be required to have an address in their profile to generate invoices and receipts.
Online Booking:
- Fixed an issue where the On Demand link did not show on the Online Intake Form.
