Welcome to Adracare Support

In order to send out faxes, you will first need an SR fax account. If you do not have an existing SR fax account, you will need to create one by doing the following:

1. Go to https://www.srfax.com/ and create an account.

2. Once you’ve created an account, you will be given a fax number.

3. Link the fax number to a location in the platform.

4. Once the fax number is linked to a location, you can send faxes through Adracare and receive faxes through your SR fax account.

Note: 

• We only have outgoing e-fax available currently, we do not have an incoming e-fax feature.
