How to Add a Document to a Client's Profile
- To add a document to the client’s profile, go to the documents section in the client's profile and click on the '+' icon.
- Click on the Select Documentbutton and choose the document you want to upload.
- Once you choose and click on the document you want to upload to their profile, click on the Save and Add button.
- You should see a success message on the top right your page.
- Once that message appears, it means the document has been added to the client's profile. Click the Save and Close button.
How to Rename a Document on a Client's Profile
- To rename a document, click on the expand Icon.
- Choose the document you would like to rename, then click the pencil icon to edit.
- Where it says ‘Enter a new name for the document:’, enter the new name for the document.
- After entering the new name for the document, click on Rename to save.
- You should see a Document Renamed success message at the top right of your page.
How to Delete a Document on a Client's Profile
- To delete a document, click on the expand Icon.
- Choose the document you would like to rename, then click the red garbage can to delete it
- In the window that opens click Confirm
- You should see a Record Deleted success message once the document is deleted
