You are able to add Adracare appointments directly to your Google, Outlook or iCalendar calendars through two main methods.
Adding Individual Appointments
An ics file will be attached to all appointment confirmation and reminder emails. These can be added directly to your calendars by taking the following steps.
Google Calendar
- Download the ics file attached to the email
- Open Google Calendar
- In the top right, click Settings
Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click Import & Export.
- Click Select file from your computer and select the file you exported. The file should end in ".ics" or ".csv."
- Choose which calendar to add the imported events to.
- By default, events are imported into your primary calendar.
- Click Import.
Outlook Calendar
- Download the ics file attached to the email
- In Outlook, select File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- In Import and Export Wizard box, select Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs), and then Next.
- Select the calendar file from your PC and select OK.
- Select Open as New. The items are automatically imported into your calendar.
Apple Calendar (iCalendar)
iOS
- Go to Settings > Apps > Calendar
- Tap Accounts > Add Account
- Select Subscribe to iCal
- Tap Other
- Tap Add Subscribed Calendar
- Import the .ics from Mail
Mac
- Go to the Calendar app on your Mac.
- If needed, create a new calendar for the events.
- Do any of the following:
- Drag the ics file into Calendar.
- Choose File > Import, select the exported calendar file, then click Import.
- Select the calendar to add the events to, then click OK.
Subscribing to your Adracare Calendar
Both clients and providers have the ability to get an unique calendar link that they can subscribe to from their favourite Calendar (ex. Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar). This will act as a one-way sync where changes made on Adracare will appear on your calendar but events cannot be updated from your external calendar.
Once subscribed, all appointments on Adracare will appear on your external calendar as well. Each calendar has a different refresh rate so give some time for updates to appear.
- Outlook Calendar resyncs every 3 hours
- Google Calendar resyncs daily
For privacy each appointment will only display:
- Appointment - [Location Name]
- Virtual Appointments will appear as:
- Appointment - Virtual
- In Person Appointments will appear as:
- Appointment - Office
- Virtual Appointments will appear as:
The events will not display:
- Participant names
- Details to join the session
- Particulars of the appointment's location
These limitations are to protect the privacy of participants should someone else view your calendar.
Get your Adracare Calendar Link
As a Provider
- Log into the platform
- Navigate to your Settings
- Find the Calendar Subscription Link field within the User Profile section
- Click on the field to copy your unique calendar link
As a Client
- Log into your Client Portal
- Navigate to your Account Settings
- Click on the Calendar Subscription Link field to copy your unique calendar link
Google Calendar
- Open Google Calendar
- In the top right, click Settings
Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click Add Calendar > Subscribe to Calendar.
- Select From URL
- Paste your calendar link into the text field
- Click Add Calendar
Outlook Calendar

Open your Outlook calendar, and on the Home tab

Select Add Calendar > Subscribe from Web

Paste your calendar URL

Select Import
Apple Calendar (iCalendar)
iOS
- Go to Settings > Apps > Calendar
- Tap Accounts > Add Account
- Select Subscribe to iCal
- Tap Other
- Tap Add Subscribed Calendar
- Paste the calendar link
Mac
- In Calendar, choose File > New Calendar Subscription.
- Enter the calendar’s web address, then click Subscribe.
- Enter a name for the calendar and choose a colour to help you identify it on your calendar.
- Choose iCloud from the Location menu, then click OK.
Resetting your Calendar Link
If necessary, you can reset your calendar link so calendars will stop syncing.
As a Provider
- Log into the platform
- Navigate to your Settings
- Find the Calendar Subscription Link field within the User Profile section
- Click Reset Link
As a Client
- Log into your Client Portal
- Navigate to your Account Settings
- Click on the Reset Link
