Your provider has the ability to send you messages securely through Adracare which can only be accessed within your client portal.
Please note that in order to read and respond to these messages you must have previously activated your client portal and your provider must have it enabled on their organization. For more information on that process please see here.
A few things to note regarding secure messaging through Adracare:
- Conversations must be started by the provider
- Providers have the option to allow clients to reopen closed conversations however this is disabled by default
Viewing your Secure Messages
To access your secure messages please take these steps:
- Login to the client portal here
- Navigate to Secure Messages
- By default your Active chats will be open
- To change to inactive chats, click on the Inactive heading
- To change to inactive chats, click on the Inactive heading
- Click on a message to open it
Responding to a Secure Message
- Login to the client portal here
- Navigate to Secure Messages
- By default your Active chats will be open
- To change to inactive chats, click on the Inactive heading
- To change to inactive chats, click on the Inactive heading
- Click on a message to open it
- Enter your response in the text box
- Attachments can be sent by clicking on the paperclip icon
- Press enter or the arrow to send the message
