To change your plan, please do the following:
- Navigate to Settings -> Manage Subscription.
- Click Change Pricing Plan under Pricing Information
- Click Choose Plan under your desired plan
- Click Next
- Enter your billing details
- Click Confirm Card
- If successful you will receive a message saying 'Payment Method successfully added'
- Next, review the pricing breakdown and select if you would like to pay monthly or yearly. When done, click Agree and Finalize
- Congratulations! You have now updated your plan! You can now close out of this screen or read the Terms and Conditions
Note: If you are upgrading from a trial to a paid plan and your access has been blocked it is suggested you log out of the platform in order for it to refresh.
