Welcome to Adracare Support

To change your plan, please do the following:

1. Navigate to Settings -> Manage Subscription.
2. Click Change Pricing Plan under Pricing Information
   
   
   
3. Click Choose Plan under your desired plan
   
   
4. Click Next
5. Enter your billing details
   
   
6. Click Confirm Card
7. If successful you will receive a message saying 'Payment Method successfully added'
   
   
   
   
8. Next, review the pricing breakdown and select if you would like to pay monthly or yearly. When done, click Agree and Finalize
9. Congratulations! You have now updated your plan! You can now close out of this screen or read the Terms and Conditions
   
   
   
   Note: If you are upgrading from a trial to a paid plan and your access has been blocked it is suggested you log out of the platform in order for it to refresh.
