Welcome to Adracare Support

You are able to customize the appearance of your organization on Adracare by setting:

• Your Organizations Logos
• Your Organizations Colours

1. Go to Settings -> Organization Settings
2. To update your logos, find the Organization Logos section
3. To update your colours, find the Interface section

Updating your Organization Logos

Within the Organization Logos section you can set what logos should appear on

• The platform
• Notifications
• Invoices

Below is a breakdown of what logos can be set and how they appear on the platform.

Logo Name	Where it will Appear	Required Format	Example
Organization Logo	Reports, documents, login and more	Full logo in colour
Organization Icon	Browser tab	Icon logo in colour
Sidebar Full Logo	Sidebar when expanded	Full logo in white
Sidebar Collapsed Logo	Sidebar when collapsed	Icon logo in white

Uploading a Logo

1. Click Select Image

2. Select the image that you want to upload as the logo.
3. Once uploaded, position it within the rectangular boundary line by clicking on it and moving it.

   

4. Once you are satisfied with the image, click on Save in the top right corner.

   

   
   

5. After saving, a green flag in the top right corner will appear and say Saved Successfully

   

It is recommended that you click save after positioning each logo to your liking. If you wish to start over and clear the selected image, you can click on Clear Image. 

Updating your Branding Colours

Within Interface you can set the following colours:

• Primary Branding Colour - Used for buttons within the platform
• Sidebar Colour - Determines the colour used for the sidebar within the platform and in notifications

Updating a Colour

1. Click on the colour block beneath the title (Primary Branding Colour or Sidebar Colour)
2. Choose the colour using the colour wheel or manually set it by
• RGB Example for red
• R: 255
• G: 0
• B: 0
• HSL Example for red
• H: 0%
• S: 100%
• L: 50%
• HEX Example for red
• #ff0000
• You can toggle between them by clicking on the in the lower hand corner of the colour picker
  
  


3. Click Save
4. Once saved a green flag in the top right corner will pop up and say 'Saved Successfully'

You can reset the colours at any time by clicking Restore Defaults
