How to add a payment method
To add a payment method on your account that your provided can directly bill, please do the following:
- Log into your client account here
- If your provider has the client portal enabled, you should have received an email with details on claiming your account. If not, it is possible that they do not have the feature
- Navigate to your account settings by clicking the gear icon in the upper right
- Click Payment on the left hand side
- Click Add Payment Method
- Add your card or bank details
