You are able to view your receipts from the client portal
Viewing Receipts from Invoices
- Login to the client portal
- Go to Invoices
- Change the status filter to Paid (by default it is outstanding)
- Click the eye icon under the actions column to open the pdf
Viewing Receipts from the Appointment
You are able to view your receipts directly from the appointment on the client portal, to do so take the following steps:
- Navigate to the Appointments page
- Find the appointment either in your upcoming or past appointments list
- Click on the appointment to open it
- Both invoices and receipts will be listed in the Invoices section
- Click on the paper clip to open the document as a pdf
