You are able to book a follow up appointment directly from your client portal.
- Login to the client portal
- From Appointments click Book Appointment
- Select Request A New Service
- Select the service you would like to request (this is based on what your provider has made available)
- If your provider does not have any services that can be requested no options will appear
- If your provider does not have any services that can be requested no options will appear
- Select your requested service language, indicate any presenting issues, and leave a brief description of any currently presenting issues and click Next
- Indicate your availability and location preferences (in person or online) and click Next
- Indicate the fee structure you are requesting and insurance status and click Next
- Finally, click Request Appointment
