Your provider may have setup online booking so you can easily book directly onto their calendar.
To do so, you can take the following steps:
Step 1: Choose to Book as a New or Existing Client
- Navigate to their booking link (likely found on their website or from communication from them)
- To begin, enter:
- Your date of birth
- A valid email or health card number (not applicable to all organizations)
- If you are a New client, click Book as a New Client, if you are an Existing client click Book as an Existing Client
- The date of birth and email address/health card number will be used to confirm if you are a new or existing client
Step 2: Input your Details (New Clients Only)
If you are a new client you will be redirected to the Tell us more about you screen where you can input your personal details.
- Complete the mandatory fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
- Address
- Phone Number
- Optionally complete the following fields:
- Sex Assigned at Birth
- Personal Pronouns
- Primary Language
- Province of Health card
- Health Card number
- Health Card Version Code (if applicable)
- Veteran ID
- How did you hear about us?
- Click Next
Step 3: Select a Location
Next, you will be directed to the Choose a location section. Your provider may have multiple locations available to be booked online.
To select one you should:
- Review the list of locations including whether they are online or in person
- Click Select beside the location's name to select it.
Step 4: Select a Service
Next, you will be presented with a How can we help you? section where you can provide:
- The reason for your visit (Mandatory)
- Any relevant previous and existing conditions
And select the service you are interested in by clicking Select beside it's name.
Step 5: Select a Provider
If your provider has enabled clients to select a provider, you will be shown a list of providers that offer the service you selected at your selected location.
Press the Select button beside the provider you would like to book with.
Step 6: Select a Time
Next, you will be shown the earliest available appointment slots.
You have the option to change your timezone as well as open a calendar to choose specific dates.
Click on a time slot to select it.
Step 7: Fill in your Contact Details
After selecting an appointment time, you will be shown the How do we contact you? section where you can:
- Update or include:
- Your email
- A SMS/Text capable phone number
- A phone number available to receive voice notifications (if enabled by your provider)
- Add/Remove consent to email, text or voice reminders
- Add caretaker information (emergency contacts)
Step 8: Confirm your Booking
If everything looks good, click Finish and your appointment will be booked.
You will see a screen with the appointment details and receive an appointment confirmation notification.
