You are able to book a follow up appointment directly from your client portal.
- Login to the client portal
- From Appointments click Book Appointment
- Select Book a Follow-Up Appointment
- Select the service you would like to book for (this will be based on your previous services in the last 12 months)
- If there are no available times you will receive a message to contact your provider for more details
- If there are no available times you will receive a message to contact your provider for more details
- Click on who you would like to book with (depending on how your provider has setup their services you may only be able to book with people you have previously seen)
- Select the location from the dropdown
- Select an available date from the calendar
- Select an available time
- Click Next
- Click Book Appointment on the confirmation screen that appears
