📆 Booking Feature Overview
Adracare’s direct booking feature gives providers control and flexibility and clients the simplicity they need to book the services they need.
🧭 How Direct Booking Works
Providers can:
- 🗓️ Create availability blocks on their calendar
- ⚙️ Set whether a service is available to new clients, existing clients, or both
- 📍 Choose which locations (in-person or virtual) are available for online booking
Once set up, clients can:
- 🔗 Navigate to your unique booking link
- 🙋 Indicate whether they are a new or returning client
- 🧾 Enter their personal information
- 💼 Select a service, location, and time based on your real-time availability
🔁 Follow-Up Appointments via the Client Portal
If the Client Portal is enabled, clients can also:
- 📅 Book follow-up appointments directly from their portal without needing to go through the public booking link again
