Portal activation links expire after 72 hours, after that point you will receive a "The link you followed has expired" message.
Your provider is able to resend the activation, or you can take the following steps to generate a new one.
- Navigate to the login page
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter your email into the following screen
- Click Reset Password
- Check your email for the account activation email, if you do not see it check your spam and junk folders for emails from no-reply@adracare.com
Once you have located the email, you can take the steps outlined here to activate your account.
