- Navigate to the login page
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter your email into the following screen
- Click Reset Password
- Check your email for a Password reset email, if you do not see it check your spam and junk folders for emails from no-reply@adracare.com
- Follow the prompts in the email to reset your password.
- Log back in to the platform with your new password.
Please pay particular attention that you are using the correct username (at times, this may differ from your contact email address.
