Accessing your Profile Settings from Client Portal
Your profile settings can be accessed by clicking on the settings icon while with the portal.
Then selecting Profile
To edit your details click edit
The following information can be updated directly on your client portal:
- Preferred name
- Personal Pronoun
- Mobile number
- Home Number
- Communication preferences
- Address
The following information however must be updated by your provider:
- First and Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Contact email
Updating your Preferred Name
To update your preferred name:
- Click Edit
- Enter your preferred name
- Click Save
Updating your Personal Pronouns
To update your personal pronouns:
- Click Edit
- You can select one of the existing personal pronouns from the dropdown
or enter your own into the field
And click on the new entry to select it
- Click Save
Updating your Mobile Number
To update your mobile number, this number will be used when SMS notifications are sent to you:
- Click Edit
- Enter your mobile number
- Click Save
Updating your Home Number
To update your home number:
- Click Edit
- Enter your home number
- Click Save
Updating your Communication Consent
To update your communication consent options:
- Click Edit
- Check / uncheck the appropriate option
- Click Save
Updating your Address
To update your address:
- Click Edit
- Enter your address details
- Click Save
