Accessing your Account Settings from Client Portal
Your profile settings can be accessed by clicking on the settings icon while with the portal.
Then selecting Account
The following information can be updated directly on your client portal:
- Language
- Timezone
Updating your Language
Updating your account's language will change what language is used in the notifications that you receive from the platform as well as the language the platform is presented in when you are logged in.
- Click Edit
- Select the correct language from the dropdown
- Click Save
Updating your Timezone
Updating your timezone within your account settings will change the timezone used in notifications.
- Click Edit
- Select the correct timezone from the dropdown
- Click Save
