Once created, an account activation email will be sent to the contact email on file and they will have 72 hours to claim their accounts. If they do not, the link will expire and a new link will need to be sent either by an admin team member or by the user.
To claim your account, you will need to:
- Locate the account activation email
- Click on the email from Adracare
- Click the Claim Account button
- Set a password for the account
Congratulations! Your account is now activated and you can login with the password and username that has been setup for you.

- Confirm what email was used to create your account
