Why did I Receive an Account Expiry Email?
For security, you will be required to update your password every 6 months.
You will receive a notification from the system 7 days prior to your account expiring with instructions on updating your password.
The necessary steps are:
- Navigate to the login screen
- Click on the Forgot Password link below where you enter your email and password to log in.
- In the next screen, enter your username in the text box and click Reset Password.
Be sure to check your junk and spam folders if you do not see the email in your primary inbox.
