How to Create a Draft Invoice
Sometimes you need to create a draft invoice, whether this is to make billing easier or to send a client a quote you can easily create a draft invoice by taking the following steps:
- Create an invoice

- Select Save as Draft
What's Next?
If a Draft Invoice Created notification is active (can be checked within Notification Templates), the client will receive a copy of the draft invoice. For more information on creating notifications please see here
Next time an invoice is created for that appointment, the draft invoice will be loaded by default. From there it can be edited, saved as a draft again or sent as an invoice.
