How the address and contact details that appear on both invoices and receipts are set depends on if your organization has Stripe configured.
If Stripe is configured:
- The system will use your Stripe's business address and contact details
If Stripe is not configured:
- The system will use the address and contact details present on the appointment's location
- Virtual locations will need this to be configured as by default they do not have an address linked
Updating the Billing Location Address
- Navigate to Settings -> Locations
- Click on the location name to open it for editing
- In the Details section click Edit
- Update the address
- Click Save
Updating the Billing Contact Details
- Navigate to Settings -> Locations
- Click on the location name to open it for editing
- In the Details section click Edit
- Update the contact details (email, phone number, fax number)
- Click Save
Updating your Stripe Business Address
- Log in to the Stripe Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings (gearbox in the top right of the Dashboard), then scroll down to Business Settings and select business details
- The current Business Address will be listed in the Business Details section
- Click the pencil icon to edit the Business Address
Additional Information
Stripe may request that you provide additional documentation to verify the new business address if Stripe is unable to verify it automatically. Please refer to any communication from their team as well as their own support articles.
