Welcome to Adracare Support

To start your virtual session, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Calendar
2. Click on the scheduled appointment 
3. Click Join Video Session
   
   
   
   
4. You will be prompted to enter your display name for the call
   
   
   
   
5. If asked click Request Permissions to enable your Camera and Microphone permissions
   
   
   
   
6. Click allow from the browser notification that appears
   
   
   
   
7. Run or skip the pre-call test. This test will confirm that your microphone, speakers, camera are working correctly and your connection is stable.
   
   
   
   
8. Click Join Meeting to join and begin the session
