On newer versions of Adracare, use "Connectivity Check" to see if your browser and network settings are working correctly to use Video Conferencing.
Accessing the Connectivity Check
- Click the username at the top-right side of the page
- Click “Settings”
- Under the Connectivity Check section, click “Check Connection” to start the test
- If the test detects something wrong, it will bring up a notification and a suggestion on how to fix the issue
- If the test is successful, it will confirm that there are no issues detected.
