Welcome to Adracare Support

Once a questionnaire has been created it can no longer be edited, so to apply those updates you will need to:

1. Create a new questionnaire with the updates on SurveyJS
2. Add it to your platform
3. Publish the new questionnaire
4. Archive your old questionnaire

Create a new questionnaire with the updates on SurveyJS

1. Get the JSON for your existing questionnaire from the platform
   1. On Adracare navigate to Settings->Forms->Questionnaire Manager
   2. Click New Questionnaire Template

   3. Choose the questionnaire you would like to update from the Select Existing column
      
      
      
   4. Click Use Existing
      
      
      
   5. Copy the JSON text in the text box
      
      
      
2. Import it to SurveyJS
   1. In a new tab, navigate to SurveyJS's Free Survey Builder (https://surveyjs.io/create-free-survey)
   2. Open the JSON Editor tab
      
      
      
   3. Paste the JSON text from the platform
      
3. Use SurveyJS's survey builder to make the appropriate changes
4. Once done, proceed to the next step

Add it to your platform

1. Export the questionnaire from SurveyJS
   1. Go to the JSON Editor tab
   2. Copy all of the text
2. Create a new questionnaire on the platform
   1. If you still have the tab with the new questionnaire open from earlier
      1. Open the tab
      2. Paste the JSON from SurveyJS into the text box
   2. If not
      1. On Adracare navigate to Settings->Forms->Questionnaire Manager
      2. Click New Questionnaire Template
      3. Click Create New Questionnaire
      4. Paste the JSON from SurveyJS into the text box

Publish the new questionnaire

1. Add a name for the questionnaire
   
   
   
2. Click Preview to review the updates
   
   
   
3. Click Create New Questionnaire
   
   
   
4. Navigate back to Settings->Forms->Questionnaire Manager
5. Locate the new questionnaire on the list
6. Click Publish under Actions
   
   
   

Archive your old questionnaire

1. From Settings->Forms->Questionnaire Manager
2. Locate your old questionnaire
3. Click Archive under Actions
