How to Update Browser Permission on Android Device

• For Chrome
• For Firefox

Chrome

 Every Android phone is different but to access these settings please try and follow these steps:

1. Click on the “Settings” app

1. Search for an option called Apps/Applications

1. Look for Chrome and then select it within the list of applications

1. Select Permissions

1. Ensure that Camera and Microphone are both under the “Allowed” section. If not, select Camera and or Microphone from the “Denied” section

1. Click on the “Allow” option and click the back icon on the top left of the screen
2. Go back to the main page of the “Settings” app and search for an option called “Default Apps”

1. Click on the Browser App option and select Google Chrome. Then click on the back icon on the top left of the screen

1. Close all applications on the phone (including Chrome)
2. Re-enter the appointment page
3. Click on the lock icon on the left side of the website URL

1. Ensure that the “Camera” and “Microphone” options are “Allowed”, if not, click “Site Settings”

1. Scroll to the “Permissions” area, and click on “Camera” and/or “Microphone to change permission to “Allow”

1. You’re all set! Go back to the appointment screen and click “Click to Start Call” to begin your appointment

Firefox

1. Click on the three dots beside the address bar
2. Navigate toSettings

   

3. Scroll down and click on  Site Permissions

   

4. Click on Camera (or Microphone) and ensure it is  Ask to Allow 
   1. If there is a  Blocked By Android note like in the below screenshots take the following steps:
   2. Click  Go To Settings
   3. On the next screen click  Permissions

      

   4. Click on  Camera

      

   5. Check  Allow only while using the app or Ask every time

      

   6. Repeat the above for Microphone
5. Repeat step 4 for  Microphone (Or Camera)
6. Navigate back to the appointment link and retry
