Allow Access to Microphone/Camera on macOS

If you have correctly set your browser permissions and you are on macOS but you are still receiving an access denied error for your video or microphone you may need to check your system settings.

1. Click the Apple icon on the top left corner and select System Preferences
2. Click Security & Privacy

   

3. Click the Privacy tab

   

4. Click Camera in the left-hand column then tick your browser (ex. Chrome)

   

5. Repeat step 4 selecting Microphone

Now, reopen the appointment access link and the error should be gone (if not double check that your browser permissions are correct).
