You may experience issues joining a session directly from the provider or client portal on mobile due to pop ups being blocked on your device.
If after clicking the join button nothing occurs, please try the following:
- Check for a "pop up blocked" notification and click Allow
- Enable pop ups on your browser

- Open the Chrome app
- Tap ... > Settings
- Tap Content Settings > Block Pop-ups

How to Allow Pop Ups for Specific Sites
Chrome will display a "Pop-ups blocked" message, clicking the Always show button will allow pop-ups on this particular page
Android
- Open the Chrome app
- Tap More : Settings on the right hand side
- Tap Permissions > Pop-ups and redirects
- Turn off Pop-ups and redirects

- Open Chrome
- Click More : Settings on the right hand side

How to Allow Pop Ups for Specific Sites
Chrome will display a "Pop-ups blocked" message in the address bar. You can open the link by clicking on the link and selecting Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] will enable pop-ups.
