Welcome to Adracare!
Thank you for starting your trial! Whether you're a solo practitioner getting organized or an admin exploring a system for your entire clinic, this guide will walk you through the core setup steps to get the most out of your trial. You’ll be able to test everything from booking, billing and client management.
Each section includes a short how-to and links to detailed support articles for more guidance.
1. Claim Your Account
Once your trial is started, you'll receive an email invitation. Here's how to get in:
- Open the invite email and click Claim your Account.
- Choose a secure password for your account.
- Log in to access your organization.
2. Customize Your Organization
Set up your workspace so it reflects your practice:
- Upload a logo and set your colours
- Add additional locations (by default you will have a virtual location and a physical location)
- Add your services or update the existing ones
- Setup Online Booking
This gives you a realistic view of how scheduling and client interactions will work in a live setting.

3. Add a Client
Try out our client management features by adding a test or real client:
- Go to All Clients.
- Click New Client.
- Enter basic details like name and email.
- Take a look at their profile
4. Add Another Provider (Optional)
If you're managing a team, you can add other providers or staff:
5. Set Up Notifications (Optional)
Reduce no-shows and streamline communication by using our built in notifications or creating new ones:
- Enable SMS or email reminders for clients.
- Set confirmations, cancellations, and reschedule notifications.
- Customize internal notifications for providers.
You will have all the necessary notifications for virtual sessions including:
- Appointment Confirmation
- Appointment Reminder (1 day prior)
- Appointment Cancellation
- Appointment Rescheduling
- And more...
6. Create an Appointment
Now that you have added a client, and taken a look at the notifications, you can try booking an appointment in a just a few clicks:
- Go to the Calendar.
- Click on an available time slot or choose Book Appointment.
- Select the client, appointment type, and provider (if applicable).
- Click Book and the client will receive an appointment confirmation
This is a great way to test your workflow and see how scheduling, and reminders come together.
7. Set Up Billing
During your trial, you can explore how billing works:
- Set your session rates and services.
- Connect with Stripe (separate Stripe account required)

8. Try Out Questionnaires
Create custom forms through SurveyJS and send them to clients:
- Go to Settings -> Forms
- Create or edit a form.
- Send it to a client or add it directly to their profile.
9. Import Existing Data (Optional)
If you're switching from another system, you can test importing:
- Download our CSV templates.
- Upload from Bulk Uploads.

10. Choose a Plan
You can explore everything during your trial. When you're ready:
- Compare features by plan level.
- Choose between monthly or annual billing.
- Upgrade anytime from the Manage Subscriptions page.
