Welcome! Your provider uses Adracare to offer secure virtual appointments, manage bookings, and streamline your care. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know as a client.

1. How to Join an Appointment

Joining a virtual session is simple and secure:

• Check for an email or SMS appointment confirmation.
• Before the appointment time, open the appointment link
• Enter your unique access code and click Join Session
• No downloads needed, the session will occur in your browser

2. Booking an Appointment

If your provider allows online booking:

• Visit the link your provider shared with you (often found on their website or in an email).
• Fill in your details
• Select your preferred appointment type, date, and time.
• Congratulations! You are now booked!

3. Claiming Your Account (if enabled)

If your provider uses the client portal, you’ll receive an email to set up your account:

• Open the portal activation email and click Claim Your Account.
• Enter a username, password and activation code
• Click Create Account

4. Using the Client Portal (if enabled)

The Adracare client portal gives you access to your appointments, receipts, documents and the ability to securely message your provider:

• Log in to the portal here
• View upcoming and past appointments.
• Securely read and respond to messages from your provider
• Access documents shared during an appointment

5. Adding a Payment Method (if enabled)

If your provider is using our Stripe integration to process payments you can add a payment method directly through your portal:

• Log in to the client portal and go to Settings.
• Select Payment from the menu
• Click Add Payment Method and add a credit card or a bank account
