Editing an Existing Availability
From Schedule Template Manager
*Only available to users with the provider-admin or office staff role
From the Schedule Template manager screen you can update the same details that you can when creating a new availability.
- Navigate to Settings->Template Manager
- Locate the template you would like to delete
- Click the pencil icon under the Actions column to open it
- Edit the relevant details
- Click Update
From Calendar
From the calendar you are limited to editing the start/end time and the start/end date of the availability.
- Navigate to the Calendar
- Click View Availability to switch from viewing appointments to availabilities
- Locate the availability block that you would like to edit
- Click on it to open the Availability Details window
- Click on Edit Event
- Select if you are editing a single event or all events associated with this availability
- Update the Start/End Date and Start/End Time
- Click Update
