Users of Adracare fall in to one of 6 possible roles, some roles are internal roles for an organization and others are external roles for clients.
Provider-Admin
The Provider-Admin role has the highest level of access to the platform and is able to make changes that will affect all users.
In addition to being an administrator of the organization they are also schedulable providers.
Appropriate for:
Directors, Administrative Teams
Provider
The Provider role has very limited access to the platform. They can only edit their own information, can add new clients to themselves and can view the details for any clients assigned to them.
Appropriate for:
Therapists, Counsellors etc.
Support Staff
The Support Staff role is similar to the provider role with the added ability to have specific providers added to them. This allows them to view provider's schedules and their clients in order to support them by booking appointments, or reviewing files for example.
Appropriate for:
Nurses, Care Coordinators etc
Office Staff
The Office Staff role has similar access to the platform as a provider-admin except they cannot be scheduled.
Appropriate for:
Intake Specialists, Front Desk Staff, Administrators etc
Client
These are the users that will be seen by providers, depending on the industry/individual naming convention you may refer to them as patients.
Guest
These are people manually added onto an appointment. For details on how to add guests to an appointment please refer here.
Appropriate for:
Spouses, Parents/Guardians, Interpreters/Translators, Outside doctor etc
