Clients can be added to a provider's client list (appears within My Clients) through a few methods:
- Manually adding the client to their list
- Booking an appointment for the Provider with the Client
- The provider creating the client directly on their My Clients list
Manually Adding the Client to Their List
- Log into the platform as an admin
- Navigate to Providers
- Locate the provider by using the search options
- Click on View Provider Account
- Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see Clients list
- Press the Add button
- Search and select the client you want to add to the Provider's list, then select 'Confirm' when done
- The client will now appear on the provider's list.
Note: To remove a client from a provider's list press the trash can icon and then select confirm to complete the action.
Booking an Appointment with the Client

- Navigate to the calendar
- Click New Appointment
- Select the provider and client from the Add Users dropdown
- Select the following:
- Date
- Start Time
- End Time
- Location
- Healthcare Service
- Click Create Appointment
Creating the Client on My Clients
For more information on creating a new client, please refer to the article here.
- Navigate to My Clients from the left navigation bar
- Click on New Client
- Fill in the necessary details
- Click Create Client
