Accessing a Client's Account (Provider-Admin Only)
To access a client's account, please do the following:
- Navigate to either All Clients or My Clients from the left hand navigation bar (Providers will only have access to My Clients)
- If you are unable to immediately locate your client on the list you can search for them by one of the following
- Name
- Default search by value
- Health Card Number
- Primary Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- Client No.
- Located under their name in their CPP
- Client Label
- Name
- Click View Client Account under the Actions tab
- This will open the client's account details
From here you are able to Activate, or Deactivate their account as well as check when they were created and by who.
Additionally, you are able to do the following by clicking Edit in the appropriate section
- Edit their profile details
- Name
- Contact Email
- Salutation
- Sex Assigned at Birth
- Personal Pronoun
- Language
- Timezone
- Date of Birth
- Veteran ID
- Update their contact information
- Update their consent information
- Email Communication Consent
- SMS Communication Consent
- Voice Communication Consent
- Resend their account activation (Only available if Client Portal is turned on)
Accessing a Client's Cumulative Patient Profile (CPP)
Each client has a Cumulative Patient Profile (CPP) that contains all of their information stored in the system.
To access a client's CPP you can do the following:
- Navigate to either All Clients or My Clients from the left hand navigation bar (Providers will only have access to My Clients)
- If you are unable to immediately locate your client on the list you can search for them by one of the following
- Name
- Default search by value
- Health Card Number
- Primary Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- Client No.
- Located under their name in their CPP
- Client Label
- Name
- Click on the client's name under the Name column to open their CPP
Cumulative Patient Profile (CPP) Cards
The client's CPP is broken into several sections called cards.
A brief description of each card is listed below.

Adding to a card
Cards can be updated directly in the client’s CPP by doing the following:
- Click the “Add” icon.
- Complete or upload information to add to the CPP.
Viewing all card items
Items within a card can be opened by clicking on them directly or for an expanded view with more options you can view all by clicking the expand button.
Depending on the card, this view will give additional options such as resending, viewing or editing as well as more information.
Updating Client Details
Updating Demographic Information
To update client demographic information you can take the following steps:
- Navigate to either All Clients or My Clients from the left hand navigation bar (Providers will only have access to My Clients)
- If you are unable to immediately locate your client on the list you can search for them by one of the following
- Name
- Default search by value
- Health Card Number
- Primary Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- Client No.
- Located under their name in their CPP
- Client Label
- Name
- Click on the client's name under the Name column to open their CPP
- Click Edit Client Details in the upper right
- This will open the Edit Client Details window where you are able to edit all client details as if you were creating a new client. For more details on all the settings please refer here.
- Once done click Save
Adding Alerts to a Client's Profile
A Client alert should be used when a user wants to highlight a client characteristic that will always be viewable on the client’s CPP and appointment details.
- Click “Edit” beside the alert tab
- Type in an alert in the textbox.
- Click Save
Removing a Client from your Client List
- Navigate to My Clients
- Locate the client on your list by searching for their name or email.
- Click the Trash Bin icon to remove a patient from your roster.
