Updating the Message Details
Each notification type comes with a default message body that can be edited to suit your individual needs. The current message content is located in the bottom half of the notification template editor window.
A default message can be set for each of our supported platform languages by selecting the language from the dropdown on the left hand side.
In addition to being able to add specific text you can also use our wordbank tags to add dynamic content such as:
- Receiver's name
- Appointment date
- Appointment address
- Appointment access details
To add a tag, you simply need to click on the tag to have it added to the message content. Please note that it will be added to the end of the content but you can copy/paste it to the correct spot.
For more information on the available wordbank tags, please see here.
