As an alternative to joining virtually, you are able to join a session by dialling into it. The dial in details and instructions are included in the appointment confirmation email as well as on the client portal.

Please take the following steps to dial into a session:

1. Open the appointment confirmation email
2. Locate the dial in details which are:
   • Dial In phone number
   • Appointment Number
   • Account Access Number*
   • Dial In Access Code*
3. Dial the phone number listed within the dial in option
4. Take the following steps depending on which video experience you are joining
   1. Old Video Experience
      1. Enter your 8-digit Appointment Number followed by the pound (#) key
      2. Enter your 2-digit Dial-in Access Code followed by the pound (#) key
   2. New Video Experience
      1. Enter your 10-digit Appointment Number
5. You're now in the session!
