All Adracare virtual sessions come with an in session chat for an alternative method of communication.
After the session is complete, the chat can be viewed through the Secure Message area on the provider portal or the client portal. More information on accessing these messages can be found here for clients and here for providers.
Accessing the Chat as a Client
On Desktop
The in session chat can be accessed from the messages tab on the right hand side of your screen.
If Client Portal is Disabled

On Mobile
On mobile, the in session chat will appear below the video session area.

If the client portal is enabled for the organization you can access the chat by clicking the message icon on the bottom system tray.
The chat will then open and can be used by typing the message in the textbox and clicking send.
Accessing the Chat as a Provider
On Desktop
To access the in session chat as a provider, you will need to open the message tab on the right hand side of the screen.
On Mobile
The message tab can be viewed and selected below the video session area.
And then messages can be added to the text box and sent by clicking send.
